When Fr. Justin was the provincial, five acres of coconut grove was purchased in 1996 near Nanjangud in Karnataka. Chavara Bhavan, Gundlupet was entrusted with its care. Fr.Thomas Kazhunnadi constructed a small house on the land. The spiritual care of the Syro-Malabar families around the place was entrusted to the house by the Bishop of Mananthavadi. The councillor for finance of the province is the current director.
